Infractions

If you would like to have a court hearing to either mitigate or contest your infraction, you must either mail in your request (located on your copy of the citation), or submit your request online using this form.

Request for Relief from Judgment

If you failed to appear for your infraction hearing or were mistakenly identified as the person who committed an infraction, you can either fill out the Request for Relief from Judgment here, or you can request the form at the District Court front counter during normal court hours. Petition re: Legal Financial Obligations

If you would like to petition the court to waive or reduce the amount you owe, remove your Legal Financial Obligations from collections, or request to do community service in lieu of your fine, you must fill out this petition and file either at the District Court front counter during office hours or file by mail.
