Recording Notification

You may sign-up to receive e-mail notifications when a document is recorded regarding your property. You may create an entry by either your name, your parcel #, or both. When you first register you will receive an e-mail notifying you that you signed up for Recording Notifications. After you have registered you will then automatically receive notification e-mails any time there has been a record on the associated entry. The e-mail will contain a link to the Cowlitz County Auditor Public Records Search displaying the document that was recorded. You may also use the Cowlitz County Auditor Public Records Search at any time to view records.
