Online or by phone: E-checks are $2.00, credit and debit cards are charged a 2.4% with a $2.00 minimum processing fee by the third party processor at: https://www.co.cowlitz.wa.us/1874/E-Checks-Credit-or-Debit-Card-Payments, or via the automated telephone system at 1-844-965-0200. You must have your property ID, parcel numbers will not work.
Secure drop box: at the North and South entrance of the Administration Building located at 207 4th Ave. N and outside the entrance to the Treasurer's Office. Please pay by check, cashier’s check or money order. If you would like a receipt, you must include a self addressed stamped envelope. DO NOT put cash in drop box.
