On August 4, 2020, the Cowlitz County Treasurer's Office initiated foreclosure proceedings against 53 parcels with 2017/prior taxes owing. On February 8, 2021, 12 parcels went to auction. 11 parcels sold and 1 became tax-title. More information on tax-title properties is available here.
