**NOTICE**

We have been made aware of a current phishing scam regarding jury service. This scam involves someone claiming to be a law enforcement officer calling local residents informing them they have a warrant for missed jury duty. The scammers then provide instructions for paying off the warrant through gift cards. THIS IS A SCAM - DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BANK OR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. Law enforcement nor the Clerk's Office will ever call you demanding payment for a warrant or missed jury service.               

If you believe you were assigned to jury duty and you missed your term of service, please call the Clerk's Office to inquire about next steps. We can be reached at (360) 577-3034.

Thank you for visiting the Cowlitz County Daily Reporting Instruction Page. You are on-call for any jury trial that may start during this two (2) week term. Occasionally a trial may extend beyond the end of a term. Please check your jury term dates carefully, as the same group numbers are used in each term. 

Before you arrive:

All jurors called to report for a jury trial will check-in on the second-floor lobby of the Hall of Justice, located at 312 SW First Avenue, Kelso, WA 98626.

You are encouraged to bring water or coffee beverages with secured lids as there are no refreshments available during the selection process.

When you arrive:

Jurors are asked to park in the east parking lot along the Cowlitz River, or in the south parking lot.

Please check-in with the Clerk before being seated, unless signage directs you to be seated first.

The current jury term is:

**March 16, 2026 through March 27, 2026**

There are no new jury trials scheduled to begin Monday, March 23, through Tuesday, March 24, 2026. 

Jurors with group numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20 are to call the recording or check the webpage after 5:30pm on Tuesday, March 24, for possible jury service on Wednesday, March 25, 2026.
