Juror Excuse Request

All requests for excusal or deferral must be submitted in writing by filling out and returning your jury summons. All requests are reviewed by a judicial officer; the jury clerk cannot excuse you from service. Late requests may be submitted by email and you will be notified of the outcome by email or postcard. 

If you believe that you are unable or ineligible to serve for one of the following reasons as set forth in 2.36.100 RCW, please complete the below form. Click below to email us your completed form.
