The Cowlitz County Clerk's Office offers the ability for customers to make payments for Legal Financial Obligations (LFOs), copies of court records, and various other fees by credit card. You must have a Cowlitz County case number.
For all payments besides LFOs, you must contact the Clerk's Office ahead of time at 360-577-3016 to confirm the costs and reason for payment. The cost for copies of court records can verify. Regular copies are $0.50 per page, and certified copies are $5.00 for the first page and $1.00 for each additional page. Postage fees may apply. Please be advised that nCourt assesses a fee to the customer for this service. Services are available Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm (PST).
