This is a list of caterers and mobile food units permitted to operate in Cowlitz County. Restaurants that have food delivered or picked up only do not require a catering permit with CCHHS.

This list is intended to serve as a resource only and does not guarantee a contractual obligation on behalf of operators to serve at your event. This list is in alphabetical order. There is no implication of preference, and appearance on this list does not constitute endorsement by CCHHS.

Updates to the list are made periodically, however, there may be permitted businesses absent from this list or listed establishments no longer operating. Please contact individual businesses directly for more information about their services.
