NOTE: These fingerprints are NOT for concealed pistol licenses.

PLEASE NOTE: Except for concealed pistol licenses, we only fingerprint Cowlitz County citizens who live outside city limits. We cannot fingerprint out-of-county or out-of-state citizens. If you schedule anyway, we will refund your money and cancel your appointment.

Fees (payable by debit/credit card on the website or cash in our office):

1-2 fingerprint cards $10
Extra cards $3 each

Fingerprints may be scheduled Tuesday-Thursday from 8:30am-4pm, excluding holidays. Walk-ins are welcome as staffing allows, but appointments will have first priority.

You must bring a valid Washington State Driver’s License or Identification Card with current address (or something with your physical address, such as a piece of mail).
