Owner's Request to Combine Parcels for Tax Purposes

Submitting this document does not alter existing or create new legal descriptions of real property. It is intended solely for a property owner's use to request the Assessor to consider their property on one account instead of multiple accounts.

ALL of the following conditions must be true for a combination request to be approved:

  • All parcels must be in the same taxing districts.
  • All parcels must reflect the same ownership.
  • All owners must sign the request.
  • The signatures must be notarized.

Return the completed form to the Assessor's Office or to the G.I.S. Department for processing.
