Controlling noxious weeds depends on the type of weed it is. There is no one herbicide that works on all the weeds, so please contact the weed office at 360-577-3117 for specific control options for your weed problems.

3. Can I get a ticket if I don't control my noxious weeds?

Yes. The program has enforcement powers and the inspectors can issue landowners an infraction ticket if the noxious weeds are not controlled once you are sent a violation letter.
