District 1 - includes Kalama, Woodland, Ariel, and Kelso east of Cowlitz River. District 2 - includes most of Longview and Kelso west of Cowlitz River. District 3 - includes West Longview, Castle Rock, and Ryderwood.

3. When are the commissioner's meetings?

The commissioners regular formal public meetings are every Tuesday at 9 a.m. in the Commissioner's Hearing Room at 207 4th Avenue North, Third Floor, Room 303.
