The Cowlitz County Sheriff’s Office consists of law enforcement, office support, and volunteers.

In addition to keeping the county safe, the office also:
  • Processes civil papers for service
  • Handles concealed pistol license paperwork
  • Provides fingerprinting for county residents
  • Registers the county’s sex offenders
