Request for Proposals (RFP) for Surface Emissions Monitoring at County Owned Municipal Solid Waste Facilities RFP NO. 2023-PW1

Cowlitz County is hereby soliciting proposals to establish pricing for landfill gas surface emissions monitoring services. Services will include but not limited to landfill gas surface emissions monitoring of the active and closed cells within the two County owned municipal solid waste landfills.

 The County intends to award one (1) agreement to provide services outlined in this RFP.
