When in stock, bins are $10 each and limited to two per household. They can be purchased at Cowlitz County Department of Public Works, 1600 - 13th Ave S, Kelso, WA after attending a brief, free training course offered by Cowlitz County WSU Extension. For more information, call (360) 577 - 3030.
