There is a Public Health Alert for chicken products produced at three Foster Farms facilities in California and sold in California, Oregon, and Washington states. There have been illnesses associated with consumption of chicken products from these facilities. Raw products from the facilities in question bear one of the establishment numbers inside a USDA mark of inspection or elsewhere on the package:
• “P6137”
• “P6137A”
• “P7632”
Please check your refrigerators and freezers. If you have any products with these establishment numbers on them, please throw away the product and do not consume. If you are feeling ill, please contact your health care provider.
