On Saturday, September 21, 2013, the Cowlitz County Health Department and Cowlitz On The Move will sponsor a unique, one-day Landlord Training that can help make managing a rental property easier and contribute to the health, safety, and peace of residential rental neighborhoods. As part of the Community Transformation Grant (CTG) program through the Health Department, this training will be focused on Washington State landlord-tenant laws and practices, including new tobacco and marijuana laws, and will be presented by John H. Campbell, a nationally-recognized expert on landlord-tenant problem-solving.
