Effective Monday, October 2, 2023, the main campus of Cowlitz County Health & Human Services will change business hours. The main campus, located at 1952 9th Avenue in Longview, WA, will be open to the public Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. The office will be closed to the public on Fridays.
Extending the hours Monday through Thursday will give the public more convenient access to services before regular business hours and during the lunch hour. Previously, the building was closed during the lunch hour.
This change in hours and days of operation will be in effect beginning October 2, 2023, and will continue at least through the end of the calendar year. Health & Human Services will review the impact this change has had on the community before the end of the year and make any necessary adjustments.
