On Saturday, June 22, 2013 Cowlitz County Health Department and Clark County Public Health will sponsor a unique, one-day Landlord Training that can help make managing a rental property easier and contribute to the health, safety, and peace of residential rental neighborhoods. This training will be focused on Washington State landlord-tenant laws and practices, including new tobacco and marijuana laws, and will be presented by John H. Campbell, a nationally-recognized expert on landlord-tenant problem-solving.
