On April 29, 2013, Cowlitz County Health Department will be introducing the new Revised Food Code to local food industry. New code will become effective May 1, 2013.
The workshops will be held at the Cowlitz County Expo Center Coweeman Room. There will be two sessions covering the same information.
Morning Session: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and
Afternoon Session: 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM.
The last hour of each session will be for questions.
Please call the Health Department to register (414-5599 ext 6441) to help plan for seating and handouts.
If there is high demand that cannot be met with these two workshops additional ones may be planned.
