On March 28th, 2013, Cowlitz County revealed the redesign of its website, www.co.cowlitz.wa.us, powered by CivicPlus. The County is now able to use community engagement modules such as Citizen Request Tracker, Alert Center, News Flash, and Notify Me to connect with its citizens. Existing applications such as the Assessor’s Parcel Search and GIS Maps are integrated with the new site. In addition to the website’s innovative tools and functionality, the CivicPlus team of designers and content experts provided a beautifully crafted site with increased transparency, enhanced navigation features and readability. Most of the enhanced features and tools are available today on the new site; however, additional functions are currently under development and are planned to be released in the near future.
