The Cowlitz County Health & Human Services Departments will be closed for staff training Thursday, November 7, 2019. Healthcare providers and agencies needing to report a notifiable condition should call the Departments’ 24-hour reporting line at 360-636-9595.
Cowlitz County Health and Human Services main building is located at 1952 9th Avenue, Longview. Business activities at the 9th Avenue building will reopen for regular business Friday, November 8, 2019, however the Environmental Health Unit in Kelso will be closed Friday per their normal operating schedule.
Both locations will be closed in observance of Veteran’s Day on Monday, November 11, and will reopen for business as usual Tuesday, November 12, 2019.
