On February 10, 2026, Robert Grant was sentenced to 33 months in prison after having been found guilty by a jury of two counts of Felony Harassment this past December. The evidence showed Grant threatened to kill his wife and another individual with what appeared to be a rifle. Police later determined the rifle was a BB-gun. The State was represented by Senior Deputy Prosecuting Attorney Jake Lervold. Our office appreciates the assistance of the Kelso Police Department who investigated this case.
