Cowlitz County Health & Human Services Free Tire Amnesty Event

Washington State University (WSU) Extension in conjunction with the Cowlitz County Health & Human Services - Environmental Health Unit (CCHHS EHU) present a free tire amnesty event on Saturday, September 23rd between 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. at the Cowlitz County Tennant Way Landfill located at 85 Frontage Rd., Longview, WA 98632. 

 

Tires will be accepted for free disposal for Cowlitz County residents.  Valid ID showing a Cowlitz County address must be presented to dispose of tires.   Tires may be on rims except for large trucks, heavy equipment, or farm equipment.  Please be prepared to unload your own tires.  Tires will NOT be accepted from commercial sources.
