Carrots!

Carrot Cake Shake

1 carrot 1 frozen banana, peel, break in chunks and freeze 1/4 c raw cashews 1 1/2 c water Pinch of cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg Blend water and cashews on high speed until smooth (cashew milk!!). Add in rest of ingredients and blend on high until smooth.
Makes 1 big serving or 2 small.
