October 1991 - present.
Judge Warme graduated from Seattle University in 1966 and from
Georgetown University Law School in 1969. His first job was in the King
County Prosecuting Attorney's Office. He was the Cowlitz County Chief
Criminal Deputy for four years and in private practice for 17 years
before being appointed to the bench by Gov. Booth Gardner. |

January 1997 - present. Judge
Warning graduated from the University of Washington in 1976 and from the
University of Washington School of Law in 1979. Judge Warning served as
Dean of the Washington Judicial College in 2006 and as both Secretary
and Trustee to the Board of the Superior Court Judges Association and is
currently President of that organization. Judge Warning was
appointed by the Governor to the Sentencing Guidelines Commission in
2009. |

June 2002 to present.
Judge Johanson graduated from Washington State University in 1980 and
from Willamette University College of Law in 1985. For 12 years she
worked as a prosecutor for Longview, Kelso, and Cowlitz County. As the
Juvenile Court Presiding Judge she primarily hears juvenile offender,
dependency, At Risk Youth, and truancy cases. Judge Johanson was sworn
in as the first female judge for Cowlitz County in 2002. She is Past
President and Vice President of the Washington State Association of Drug
Court Professionals and currently serves as Treasurer. |

November 2000 - present. Judge Stonier
graduated from Linfield College in 1968, from the University of
Washington School of Law JD in 1971, and from New York University LLM in
1983. Judge Stonier retired as a Commander after serving 21 years in
the US Navy (JAG); his tours of duty included Spain and Japan. He was
the elected Cowlitz County Prosecuting Attorney from 1994-2000. |

Commissioner Bashor
graduated from Lewis and Clark College in 1980 with a BS in business and
accounting. He received his law degree from Lewis and Clark College of
Law in 1983 and was admitted to the Bar the same year. He received a
Mediation Certificate from the National Judicial College in 2009. He has been in
private practice since 1983 primarily handling family law, bankruptcy
and mental health cases. His current practice is limited to GAL for
minors. Commissioner Bashor has served as a part-time court
commissioner since 1999.

Commissioner Kubin
graduated from the University of Portland in 1982 and from Willamette
University of Law in 1986. He attended the Washington Judicial College
in 2004 and received a Mediation Certificate from the National Judicial
College in 2007. Commissioner Kubin has served as a part-time Superior
Court commissioner since 1999 and District Court judge pro tem since
1998. His experience in private practice includes family law, personal
injury, and criminal defense. He now focuses on mediation and
arbitration.

Commissioner Maher graduated
from Cal Poly (BS) in 1969, San Jose State University (MS) in 1976, and
Gonzaga University (JD) in 1980. Commissioner Maher joined the US Army
in 1969, retiring as a Colonel in 1999. He has been in private practice
since 1980. |

Commissioner Tabbut graduated
from the University of Saskatchewan (BA) in 1986 and received her law
degree in 1991 from Seattle University. After passing the Bar
Commissioner Tabbut worked as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for Cowlitz
County from 1991 to 2000. She has been in private practice since 2000
with a criminal defense and appellate practice. Commissioner Tabbut
appears frequently as a Judge Pro Tem in Cowlitz County District Court. |
