Civil Information
The Civil Division of the
prosecutor’s office acts as attorney for the county, its elected
officials and its employees in official matters. |
Criminal Information
The Criminal Division is responsible for
bringing criminal charges in both Superior and District Court against
those who, after investigations by local law enforcement offices, are
alleged to have committed felonies or misdemeanors in Cowlitz County.

Victim Witness Information
The Victim-witness Division of the prosecutor’s
office assists victims of and witnesses to crimes committed throughout
the county. |
Support Services Information
The Child Support Services Division of
the prosecutor’s office, which is located at 871-11th Avenue in
Longview, is responsible for enforcement of unpaid child support
obligations. |
