Parcel

- ParcelAddress
- The physical street address for the parcel.
- ParcelNumber
- The assessor parcel number associated with the property a permit or permit application is tied to.
Applicant
top
- ApplicantAddressLine1
- The permit applicants mailing address.
- ApplicantAddressLine2
- The permit applicants mailing address (if needed).
- ApplicantCity
- The city for the permit applicants mailing address.
- ApplicantCompany
- The permit applicants company name if appropriate.
- ApplicantName
- The name of an individual applying for the permit.
- ApplicantRole
- How the applicant is related to the proposed project. (owner, contractor, other)
Permit

- ApplicationDecisionDate
- The date final action was taken on the permit application. Ready to Issue, Issued, Approved, Expired, etc.
- ApplicationExpirationDate
- The date the permit application will expire if final action is not taken on the permit.
- ApplicationFilingDate
- The date the permit application was filed with the department.
- Comments
- A brief description of the work covered by a permit.
- CurrentOwnerName
- The property or project owners name.
- PermitExpirationDate
- The date a permit is scheduled to expire.
- PermitNumber
- A unique number assigned to a particular permit or application. the number represents a two digit year, a two digit month, and a four digit annually sequential number each seperated by a dash. (example: 01-03-1645)
- PermitStatus
- The status of a permit or application. Issued, the application is approved and ready for work to begin. Final, the permit has recieved final inspection approval. Expired, the permit or application has expired. In Process, the application is being reviewed by staff. On Hold, the application is awaiting further information. Canceled, the permit was canceled by the applicant.
- PermitTypeDesc
- The type of permit application being applied for.
- ProjectName
- A project is a grouping of various permits, by name, for a common endeavor. An example would be subdivision requiring planning approvals, septic permits and building permits.
Appeal

- Appeal Decision
- The results of a determination made on the appeal case.
- AppealComments
- Any staff comments associated with the appeal of a permit application decision.
- AppealDecisionDate
- The date a decision was made on the appeal.
- Appealing Date
- The date an appeal was filed on this application.
Contractors

- ContractorName
- The name of a contractor associated with a particular permit.
- ContractorType
- The specialty area or "type" for a contractor associated with a particular permit.
- PrimaryContractor
- The main contractor associated with the work authorized by a permit.
Inspections

- Comments
- A brief description of the work covered by a permit.
- Inspection Type
- The general topic inspected. Inspections such as FRAMING can include other minor areas of work as well.
- InspectionDate
- The date a particular inspections was conducted.
- InspectorEmployee
- Staff person who preformed a particular inspection.
- Passed
- An entry indicating if an item or area being inspected was given approval by the inspector or not.
Approvals

- The date a particular section or division approved the permit application for permit issuance.
- Approved
- A checked box indicates approval by that section of the department.
- Comments
- A brief description of the work covered by a permit.
- DeptDesc
- The name of a particular department of section providing input to a permit application.

- Condition
- Any conditions required for approval of a particular permit.
- ConditionDate
- The date a particular condition was placed on a permit.
- DeptDesc
- The name of a particular department of section providing input to a permit application.
