LIMITED EDITION DVD: R.A. LONG DOCUMENTARY "OURS TO GIVE", AVAILABLE EXCLUSIVELY AT OUR MUSEUM GIFT SHOP!

Best Kept Secret in Cowlitz County!

Did you know that we have a very unique gift shop here at the museum?  Every month we have exciting new merchandise arriving, from popular manufacturers all over the United States.

New this month and just right for a rainy day, is our selection of Historical Jigsaw Puzzles.  These 550-piece sets will delight and challenge the whole family.  Just right for the junior carpenter in your family, is our 140-piece authentic Log Play Sets (made from real wood)!  We have two different styles to choose from, but the selection is limited'. So be the first to buy one!

Hey, Dad'.  Do you remember flying the Balsa Wood Airplanes as a child?  (The ones guaranteed to find the closest tree or roof?)  Well, we have a great selection of the old-fashioned, rubber band-driven airplanes in stock right now.  Relive your childhood, as you share an afternoon with your child.

Just in time for Mother's Day, we have a great selection of Stone Cut Bracelets, Tiffany Brooches and Gemstone Cut Stretch Bracelets.  The price is right and the selection is large, so come in now and check them out!

For those of you who want to curl up with a good book, we have several new arrivals waiting for a place in your library.   Kenneth L. Holmes' new title Best of Covered Wagon Women, chronicles the transcontinental trek westward in the mid- nineteenth century.  David H. Grover's book The Unforgiving Coast, is a history of maritime disasters of the Pacific Northwest.  If you enjoy oral histories from the Pacific Northwest, check out Ron Strickland's River Pigs and Cayuses.  For the dessert lover in your family (isn't that everyone?)'. We have two 'swell' new cookbooks: The 1st American Cookie Lady with recipes from a 1917 cookie diary and The Lost Art of Pie Making Made Easy, both by Barbara Swell.

If you are interested in purchasing any of these items (as well as any other we have in stock) and are unable to visit us in person, you can contact us by phone or e-mail.  We would love to hear from you!
