Journey Stories

Americans have a story to tell.  A story about how we and our ancestors came to where we are now.  From the reasons people move ' across states, the continent, or even oceans- to the types of transportation used, travel and movement have played a critical role in building our diverse and complex America.  Come explore Journey Stories and ask yourself, 'What's my story?'

Journey Stories, a Smithsonian traveling exhibit, will be at the Cowlitz County Historical Museum December 11, 2010 to January 23, 2011.

Do you have memories, photographs, or objects that can help us tell these stories in the upcoming exhibit? If so, please contact museum director Dave Freece at 360-577-3119 or freeced@co.cowlitz.wa.us.
