• If you are traveling north on I-5, take Exit 36 and bear to the left (west) which will take you over the freeway. 

• Take the 3rd Avenue Exit and turn right (north) onto 3rd Avenue.

• 3rd Avenue turns into 1st Avenue at the Progress Center building (a two story cream and navy structure on the left)

• The Juvenile Department driveway is on the left, just past the Progress Center.  There is a large sign at the entrance of the driveway which says: COWLITZ COUNTY YOUTH SERVICES CENTER.

• If you are traveling south on I-5, take Exit 39 and turn right (west) onto Allen Street.

• Travel west on Allen Street, over the Allen Street Bridge, and turn left (south) at the bottom of the bridge.

• Continue south (past the Hall of Justice and Charlie's Restaurant, on your left) until you see the sign at the entrance of the driveway which says: COWLITZ COUNTY YOUTH SERVICES CENTER.
