  ALERT: All citizens entering the Hall of Justice will have to go through airport style security screening. Please allow a few minutes extra for the screening process.
            
 

Thank you for visiting the Cowlitz County, Daily Reporting Instruction Page.  You are on call for any jury trial that may start during this two (2) week term.  Occasionally a trial may extend beyond the end of a term.  Please check your jury term start dates carefully, as the same group numbers are used in each term.

           
The current jury term is for  April 22, 2019 through May 3, 2019.


 

There is one (1)new jury trial scheduled to begin on Monday, April 22, 2019.
                                      
Jurors with the group number 1, 6 and 9 are to report to the second floor lobby of the Hall of Justice on Monday, April 22, 2019 @ 8:30 a.m.  Please have a seat in the lobby until the Clerk instructs you to check in.           
           
Jurors with the group numbers 10 through 28 are to call the Jury recording or check back with the web page after 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 24, 2019 for possible jury service on Thursday, April 25, 2019.

Jurors with group numbers 2, 3, 4, 5, 7 and 8 are to call the Jury recording or check back with the web page after 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 25, 2019 for possible jury service on Friday, April 26, 2019
            
 

If for any reason you are unable to serve at this time, you must be excused by the Judge.  All requests to be excused must be submitted in writing or in person before the Judge on the day you report for jury service.  **Please do not call the Clerk's Office asking to be excused or postponed as phone requests cannot be considered.**
   

If you did not see your group number or if you have any questions, please call the Clerk's Office at (360) 577-3034 between 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
