1-9-18 First Addendum to Interlocal Agreement with the City of Castle Rock awarding the sum of $16,504 from County lodging tax funds for partial funding at the Castle Rock Visitor Center for a tourism sign kiosk, a welcome sign, interior finishes, landscaping and operations of the Visitor Center and extend the date for completion of the project to December 31, 2018

3-6-18 Amendment No. 1, to Interlocal Agreement between Cowlitz County and WA State University dated 2/23/17 to authorize a 4.73% increase in fees for Extension Services for the next two years
3-27-18 Interlocal Agreement with City of Longview for Rural Economic Development Funds to assist the City for the costs of the SR432 / SR411 interchange; totaling $2.1 million over the next two years

4-17-18 Interlocal Agreement between Cowlitz County and its agent the Cowlitz County Noxious Weed Control Board and Columbia Land Trust which provides funding to support noxious weed control and re-vegetation efforts on, and around, conservation easements along Abernathy Creek to protect and enhance the riparian conservation values of the conserved properties; funding from Columbia Land Trust not to exceed $24,954.43 for the period of April 3, 2018 through December 31, 2020 
 4-17-18 Modification No. 2 to Interagency Agreement #17-SA-11060300-12 between Cowlitz County and its agent the Cowlitz County Noxious Weed Control Board and the U.S. Forest Service, Gifford Pinchot National Forest providing additional grant funds in the amount of $29,462.99 including Title II money for Invasive Plant Treatments within Mount St. Helens National Volcanic Monument
 5-1-18 Interagency Agreement between Washington State Department of Agriculture (WSDA) and Cowlitz County and its agent the Cowlitz County Noxious Weed Control Board (Weed Board) which provides grant funding in the amount of $4,960 for survey and control of Class A noxious weeds slenderflower thistle and milk thistle for the period of April 25, 2018 through June 30, 2019.
6-5-18 Interlocal Agreement with Southwest Washington Regional Airport for design and construction to rehabilitate the runway; Rural Economic Development Funds in the amount of $63,889
 6-12-18 Interlocal Agreement with City of Woodland for a contribution from the County's Bid Idea Fund in the sum of $26,134 to support tourism, promotion and cost of operation of a Visitor's Center in Woodland at 900 Goerig Street

6-19-18  Interlocal Agreement with Cowlitz 2 Fire and Rescue for construction of Station 25 Lexington Fire Station Replacement Project; rural economic developments funds total $500,000; $250,000 loan for 2018 and $250,000 grant for 2019

7-31-18 First Addendum to the Interlocal Agreement with Cowlitz County Fire District #3 awarding the sum of $14,673.36, an increase of $173.36, from Secure Rural Schools and Community Self-Determination Act of 2000, as reauthorized Cowlitz County Title III Project       
8-7-18 Interlocal Agreement with Woodland Chamber of Commerce awarding the sum of $13,000 from County lodging tax funds to help promote tourism

 8-14-18 Third modification to Interagency Agreement between Cowlitz County and its agent the Cowlitz County Noxious Weed Control Board (Weed Board) and the U.S. Forest Service, Gifford Pinchot National Forest (GP) which provides additional grant funding in the amount of $32,900 for Invasive Plant Treatments within Mount St. Helens National Volcanic Monument and the Gifford Pinchot National Forest for the period through December 31, 2019. Funding includes Title II money
 8-14-18 Interlocal Agreement with City of Longview for economic development of undeveloped property for light industrial and manufacturing facilities located on Beech Street from Oregon Way to California Way; Rural Economic Development Funds in the amount of $250,000 for 2018 and $250,000 for 2019.  Project to be completed by December 31, 2019.
 8-14-18 Interagency Agreement IAA19053 between WA State Administrative Office of the Courts and Cowlitz County Juvenile Court to process Truancy, At Risk Youth and Children in Need of Services (BECCA) programs and services.  Cowlitz County shall be reimbursed a maximum of $255,884 for the period July 1, 2018, through June 30, 2019
8-14-18 Interagency Agreement IAA19093 between WA State Administrative Office of the Courts and Cowlitz County Juvenile Court to support the recruitment, training, and retention of court appointed special advocates (CASA) Guardian ad Litem Volunteers for the period of July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019; reimbursable amount of $70,423

10-9-18 Interagency Agreement between the Washington State Traffic Safety Commission and the Cowlitz County Sheriff's Office to participate and receive reimbursement for Coordinated High Visibility Traffic Enforcement Mobilizations including DUI enforcement, seatbelt enforcement and use of cellphone endorsement for the period of October 1, 2018 through September 30, 2019
 11-20-18 Intergovernmental Cooperative Purchasing Agreement between Cowlitz County and Benton County pertaining to bids and contracts for supplies, material, equipment or services required by Cowlitz County.
 11-20-18 Interlocal Agreement between Cowlitz County and PUD No 1 of Cowlitz County pursuant to Chapter 39.34 of the Revised Code of Washington.
11-27-18 Interagency Agreement Between Cowlitz County and Washington's Employment Security Department extending the project deadline to May 30, 2019 to complete construction of the installation of new, accessible storefronts with automatic door openers on the 2nd floor entrances of the Auditor's, Assessor's, and Treasurer's Offices
