DATE INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT
1-2-18 Interlocal Agreement with Great Rivers Behavioral Health Organization for funding liaison and coordination of programs and Care management activities; maximum consideration for should not exceed $402,016.00 during the period January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2019.
1-9-18 First Addendum to Interlocal Agreement with the City of Castle Rock awarding the sum of $16,504 from County lodging tax funds for partial funding at the Castle Rock Visitor Center for a tourism sign kiosk, a welcome sign, interior finishes, landscaping and operations of the Visitor Center and extend the date for completion of the project to December 31, 2018

Interagency Agreement between Washington State Employment Security Department and Cowlitz County to fund the installation of new, accessible storefronts with automatic door openers on the second floor entrances of the Auditor's, Assessor's, and Treasurer's Offices; grant amount of $62,903.39.

3-6-18 Amendment No. 1, to Interlocal Agreement between Cowlitz County and WA State University dated 2/23/17 to authorize a 4.73% increase in fees for Extension Services for the next two years
3-27-18 Interlocal Agreement with City of Longview for Rural Economic Development Funds to assist the City for the costs of the SR432 / SR411 interchange; totaling $2.1 million over the next two years
4-17-18 Interlocal Agreement with City of Castle Rock for Rural Economic Development Funds for the Huntington Avenue South Overlay Project and Dougherty Drive Reclamation Project totaling $261,813
 4-17-18 Interlocal Agreement between Cowlitz County and its agent the Cowlitz County Noxious Weed Control Board and Columbia Land Trust which provides funding to support noxious weed control and re-vegetation efforts on, and around, conservation easements along Abernathy Creek to protect and enhance the riparian conservation values of the conserved properties; funding from Columbia Land Trust not to exceed $24,954.43 for the period of April 3, 2018 through December 31, 2020 
 4-17-18 Modification No. 2 to Interagency Agreement #17-SA-11060300-12 between Cowlitz County and its agent the Cowlitz County Noxious Weed Control Board and the U.S. Forest Service, Gifford Pinchot National Forest providing additional grant funds in the amount of $29,462.99 including Title II money for Invasive Plant Treatments within Mount St. Helens National Volcanic Monument
 5-1-18 Interagency Agreement between Washington State Department of Agriculture (WSDA) and Cowlitz County and its agent the Cowlitz County Noxious Weed Control Board (Weed Board) which provides grant funding in the amount of $4,960 for survey and control of Class A noxious weeds slenderflower thistle and milk thistle for the period of April 25, 2018 through June 30, 2019.
6-5-18 Interlocal Agreement with Southwest Washington Regional Airport for design and construction to rehabilitate the runway; Rural Economic Development Funds in the amount of $63,889
 6-12-18 Interlocal Agreement with City of Woodland for a contribution from the County's Bid Idea Fund in the sum of $26,134 to support tourism, promotion and cost of operation of a Visitor's Center in Woodland at 900 Goerig Street
 6-12-18 Interlocal Agreement with City of Castle Rock for a contribution from the County's Bid Idea Fund in the sum of $26,134 to support tourism, promotion and cost of operation of a Visitor's Center in Castle Rock at I-5 Exit 49
  Interlocal Agreement with Cowlitz 2 Fire and Rescue for construction of Station 25 Lexington Fire Station Replacement Project; rural economic developments funds total $500,000; $250,000 loan for 2018 and $250,000 grant for 2019
  Interlocal Agreement with Cowlitz Economic Development Council for funding personnel in the CEDC office; rural economic development funds total $50,000
