1-3-17 Detention Services Contract Amendment No. 2 between Clatsop County and Cowlitz County to provide detention bed space for youth under the jurisdiction of Clatsop County Juvenile Services.
1-24-17 Interlocal Agreement between Cowlitz County and Wahkiakum County for providing each others administrative or engineering services, construction and maintenance services as needed, agreement not to exceed $85,000 per calendar year.
1-31-17  Interlocal Agreement between Cowlitz County and the City of Kalama for purposes of administrative or engineering services, construction and maintenance services as needed; agreement not to exceed $25,000 per calendar year. 
2-14-17  Interlocal Agreement between Cowlitz County and the City of Woodland for purposes of providing each other administrative or engineering services, construction and maintenance as needed.  Total service not to exceed $100,000 per calendar year 
2-21-17  Interlocal Agreement between City of Kelso, City of Longview, Port of Longview and Cowlitz County with the Southwest Washington Regional Airport setting out terms and conditions for establishing the Airport Board and Airport Board duties and responsibilities for two years ending December 31, 2018, total annual cost $76,000
3-14-17  Interlocal Agreement between Cowlitz County and Public Utility District No. 1 for providing each agency administrative or engineering services, construction and maintenance services as needed.  Cost not to exceed $50,000 per calendar year.
3-21-17 Interlocal Agreement between Cowlitz County and City of Kelso for providing the other administrative or engineering services, construction and maintenance services as needed, cost not to exceed $125,000 per calendar year 
3-28-17 Amendment No. 1 to Interlocal Agreement between the City of Longview and Cowlitz County for delivery of technology services to implement the Spillman Jail Management System (JMS) 
4-11-17 Interagency Agreement between Cowlitz County and the City of Woodland to access property located at 130 Scott Hill Road, woodland effective immediately and terminating on December 31, 2017 for the purpose of clearing the microwave path between the property and the Davis Peak tower site

6-6-17 Amendment No. 4 to OFM Interlocal Agreement No. K569 with State of Washington Office of Financial Management to provide funding to the County for State participation in the Federal authorization to maintain flood protection for the diked areas along the Cowlitz River and to protect the navigation channel of the Columbia River; extends the Period of Performance from June 30 2017 to June 30, 2019 and updates the state contact information
6-27-17 Third Amendment to Interlocal Agreement between the City of Kelso and Cowlitz County to provide for a re-allocation of unspent project funds to other infrastructure projects at the Southwest Regional Airport and to provide for an extension of time for project completion. The additional infrastructure projects are expected to be completed on or before December 31, 2018
6-27-17 Fifth Addendum to Interlocal Agreement between the City of Kelso and Cowlitz County to provide for a re-allocation of unspent project funds to other infrastructure projects at the Southwest Regional Airport and to provide for an extension of time for project completion. 7-11-17 Interlocal Agreement with the Port of Woodland providing funding assistance from rural county sales tax proceeds in the amount of $200,000 to assist with the Woodland Reload; Rail and Site Construction
7-11-17 Interagency Agreement between Cowlitz County and its agent the Cowlitz County Noxious Weed Control Board (Weed Board) and the U.S. Forest Service, Gifford Pinchot National Forest (GP) for grant funding in the amount of $42,650.00 for Invasive Plant Treatments within Mount St. Helens National Volcanic Monument for the period of through December 31, 2019
7-18-17 Interlocal Agreement No. 20170472 between Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction and Cowlitz County Health Department for implementation and operation of health and sanitation evaluations of food service management companies (vendors), sponsor food preparation facilities, and feeding sites operating under the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) during the summer of 2017 as required by 7 CFR Part 225 as a condition to the allocation and expenditure of USDA SFSP funding signed by Carole Harrison, June 1, 2017.  Maximum consideration for this project should not exceed $1,049 during the period June 1, 2017 through September 30, 2017

Cooperative Purchasing Agreement between Cowlitz County and Cowlitz 2 Fire and Rescue for the purpose of each agency providing to the other access to purchasing agreements, consultant services, and using competitively bid contracts as needed

Interagency Agreement between Washington State Department of Agriculture and Cowlitz County and its Agent Cowlitz County Noxious Weed Control Board providing grant funding in the amount of $20,000 to control invasive knotweed species within the riparian corridors of various creeks and rivers in Cowlitz County from July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2019. 

8-15-17 Second Addendum to Interlocal Agreement with the City of Castle Rock for Rural Economic Development Funds adding electronic reader boards as an authorized use of the funds previously disbursed and extending the project completion date from August 1, 2016 to December 31, 2017
8-22-17 Interlocal Agreement with the City of Longview reallocating the county's portion of the 2017 Byrne Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program Award in the amount of $15,448.
8-29-17 Interlocal Agreement between Cowlitz County and the Port of Longview for the purpose of each agency providing to the other, administrative or engineering services, construction and maintenance services as needed; total of all services provided from one agency to the other shall not exceed $6,000 per calendar year.
8-29-17  Interlocal Agreement and Professional Services Agreement and Business Associate Agreement with Great Rivers Behavioral Health Organization allowing Cowlitz County Corrections Department - Offender Service to be reimbursed for the Mental Health Court Coordinator; compensation not to exceed $19,820.  
8-29-17  Interagency Agreement between Washington State Administrative Office of the Courts and Cowlitz County Juvenile Court for the support of CASA Programs; appropriation for Fiscal Year 2018 is in the amount of $65,767.

Interagency Agreement between Washington State Administrative Office of the Courts and Cowlitz County Juvenile Court for BECCA programs and services related to Truancy, Child In Need of Services (CHINS) and At-Risk Youth matters. The Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) shall reimburse Cowlitz County a maximum of $255,547.00 for the period of July 1, 2017, through June 30, 2018.
