DRIVING DIRECTIONS

I-5 Northbound:

• Take EXIT 39- toward KELSO/LONGVIEW.

• Turn LEFT onto ALLEN ST. Continue to follow ALLEN ST over the Cowlitz River.

• ALLEN ST becomes W MAIN ST on the other side of the bridge.

• Continue on W MAIN ST

• Turn LEFT onto WASHINGTON WAY.  You will pass Wendy's on the right.

• At the corner where a KFC & AW is located, turn RIGHT onto 9TH AVE.

• The Health Department is on the right.

I-5 Southbound:

• Take EXIT 40 toward KELSO-LONGVIEW/LONG BEACH.

• Turn RIGHT onto N KELSO AVE. Continue to follow N KELSO AVE.

• Turn RIGHT onto COWLITZ WAY.

• Stay straight to go onto WASHINGTON WAY, which crosses the Cowlitz River.  You will pass Wendy's on the right.

• At the corner where KFC & AW is located, turn RIGHT onto 9TH AVE.

• The Health Department is on the right.
