Owner's Request to Combine Parcels for Tax Purposes
Submitting this document does not alter existing or create new legal descriptions of real property. It is intended solely for a property owner's use to request the Assessor to consider their property on one account instead of multiple accounts.
ALL of the following conditions must be true for a combination request to be approved:
All parcels must be in the same taxing districts.
All parcels must reflect the same ownership.
All owners must sign the request.
The signatures must be notarized.
Return the completed form to the Assessor's Office or to the G.I.S. Department for processing.
